Do you charge for initial consultation?
No. We'll be pleased to discuss your situation with you before any work is done, and determine the best solutions for your needs. Feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.
I have images and other materials I'd like to use. Can you include these in your design or layout?
Yes. Some images may need adjustment, and some file formats don't display well on the web, but for the most part we can use whatever you provide.
Will I be able to update my site myself once it's finished?
Absolutely. There are a variety of ways for you to manage your own site content. Of course, if you'd rather leave it to us, you can do that as well.
Do you provide hosting? Domain name registration?
No. However, we'll help you to find a suitable provider, and provide assistance with site/domain set-up.
I have an existing website. What kinds of changes can you make? Will revision cost the same as the creation of a new site?
We can edit and update text and other content, alter the look or layout of a site, or overhaul it completely to your specifications. In fact, we specialize in 'cleaning up' existing sites, and the cost is far less than that for building a site from scratch (unless modifications are so extensive that the latter is really what you're doing).
